FAST TRACK TEMPLATES provides intangible, copyrighted digital products. Due to the nature of downloadable presentation templates, we are unable to issue full refunds once a product has been accessed or downloaded. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be considered. By purchasing from our platform, users agree to this Refund Policy and commit to its terms.
Eligibility for a Refund
FAST TRACK TEMPLATES may grant full or partial refunds in exceptional cases. Refund requests will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
- Product Not Accessed: Customers may request a cancellation and full refund if the template has not yet been downloaded or accessed, and the request is made within 1 hour of purchase.
- Download Issues: If the product cannot be downloaded due to technical errors on our side, and support is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, a refund may be issued.
- Product Not as Described: If the delivered template significantly deviates from its description or preview, customers may submit a refund request within 7 days of purchase, supported by clear evidence.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request:
- Email us from your registered FAST TRACK TEMPLATES account using the subject line “Refund Request.”
- Include your name, order number, and transaction ID.
- Our financial team will respond within 3 business days.
- If needed, you may escalate your request to fasttracktemplates@gmail.com for further review.
- Escalated cases will be reviewed within 7 business days, and a final decision will be made based on the information provided by both parties.
